1. Palamidi Fortress

A baroque Venetian fortress crowning a 216-metre hill above Nafplio, built between 1711 and 1714. Its eight linked bastions, panoramic ramparts, and a long stairway from the town below make it the most commanding landmark in the city.

2. Bourtzi Castle

A Venetian sea fort built from 1471 on a rocky islet in Nafplio harbour. Designed to guard the port with cannon and a great chain, it later served as an executioner's home and a small hotel, and today forms the city's signature view.

3. Acronauplia

7. Vouleftiko (First Parliament of Greece)
