# Giant Wild Goose Pagoda

A seven-story brick pagoda raised in 652 to house the scriptures the monk Xuanzang carried home from India. Standing about 64 meters tall at Da Ci'en Temple, it remains a defining landmark of Tang-era Chang'an.
