Ancient Oricum, the Ancient Port
On the Illyrian land of the Amantes, in the southeastern corner of the Bay of Vlorë, Greek settlers built Oricum, a port and trading center that still preserves defensive walls, building foundations and traces of the harbor that have only been partially excavated.
