Valencia's 19th-century bullring, designed by Sebastián Monleón Estellés and built between 1851 and 1859. Its brick exterior of stacked arches recalls Roman amphitheatres like the Colosseum, and the arena still hosts bullfights, concerts and events beside the North Station.
