Blauwkapel

A tiny fortified village just northeast of Utrecht, named for a blue chapel of the Van Wyck family. Fort Blauwkapel, built in 1818, enclosed the hamlet within the Dutch Water Line. Today its 80-odd houses sit ringed by motorways and railways.
