Construction of the Prime Minister's Office building, an Italian rationalist design by Gherardo Bosio, began in nineteen thirty-nine. Its façade now features a socialist realist bas-relief created by a team of four sculptors. On the ground floor, it welcomes the public to the Centre for Openness and Dialogue.
