Built in nineteen thirty-three as the Italian Legation to a design by Sadi Pashallari, this eclectic building opposite Parliament now houses the Institute for the Integration of Former Politically Persecuted Persons, which works on the rights and integration of those persecuted under the communist dictatorship.
