Yeni Mosque

An eclectic mosque built in 1902 by the architect Vitaliano Poselli for the city's Dönmeh community of crypto-Jewish converts to Islam. Its style blends Ottoman, neoclassical and art nouveau forms, and the building now serves as a municipal cultural and exhibition space.
