Kapani Market (Vlali)

The oldest market in Thessaloniki, recorded since 1498 and named after the Ottoman grain-weighing trade. A warren of open alleys near Aristotelous, it still sells fish, meat, vegetables, spices, olives and cheese to crowds every morning.
