# Government Buildings

Suva, Fiji

Built between 1937 and 1939 on a drained creek bed, this imposing colonial complex with its clock tower was the seat of Fiji's administration and home to Parliament until 1992. Its foundations rest on more than five kilometres of concrete piling.
