Site of Witness and Memory
This was the headquarters of the Shkodër Branch of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where State Security interrogated political suspects from nineteen forty-six to nineteen ninety-one. It opened in September two thousand and fourteen as the first museum in Albania dedicated to the victims of communism.
