Lëkurësi Castle
This Ottoman fortress was built in the sixteenth century on the hill overlooking Sarandë, with two round towers and thick walls pierced by cannon embrasures. Later attacked by Ali Pasha of Tepelena, it now watches silently over the bay towards the island of Corfu.
