Sanctuary of Asclepius (Butrint)
This is the base of a Hellenistic healing temple near the theatre of Butrint, linked to a colonnaded gallery and the stage. The temple was dedicated to Asclepius, the god of medicine. Which deity the site was actually dedicated to remains a question scholars have reconsidered more than once.
