Monument to the Constitution
Rising beside the Santa Fe River, the Monument to the Constitution honors the 1853 charter drafted in this city. Its first stage, inaugurated in 2014, raises three columns 16 meters high for the three powers of the state within a 17-hectare commemorative park.
