Opened in 2013 to seat 47,902, this horseshoe-shaped stadium replaced the old Estádio Fonte Nova after its partial collapse. Designed by Marc Duwe and Claas Schulitz, it hosted 2014 World Cup matches above the Dique do Tororó.
