Recep Pasha Mosque

Completed in 1588 by the Ottoman grand vizier Recep Pasha, this is often called the most beautiful mosque in Rhodes. Reused ancient columns, Iznik tiles and an adjoining mausoleum survive, though the building has stood closed and decaying for years.
