Monte Smith Sunset Viewpoint
A low hill west of Rhodes town, named after a British admiral who watched for Napoleon's fleet from here around 1800. Crowned by the ancient acropolis, it is the city's favourite sunset spot, with wide views over the sea toward Anatolia.
