Marine Gate (Sea Gate)
The grand seaward entrance to medieval Rhodes, built in 1478 under Grand Master Pierre d'Aubusson. Two round towers and carved reliefs frame the main gateway between the harbour and the town, part defensive stronghold, part ceremonial threshold.
