Cholula (Archaeological Site)

Cholula is one of Mesoamerica's oldest continuously inhabited cities, a sacred center to Quetzalcóatl and a great trade hub. Settled before 300 BCE, it grew to tens of thousands and was the site of a notorious 1519 massacre by Cortés.
