The Bell Tower (Swan Bells)
A copper-and-glass spire on the Swan River, the Bell Tower opened in 2000 at Barrack Square. It houses 18 bells, twelve of them centuries-old chimes from London's Saint Martin-in-the-Fields, ringing out over the water.
