Parc de la Villette

Parc de la Villette, Paris

A 55-hectare park in northeast Paris, designed by Bernard Tschumi in the 1980s on the site of the city's former slaughterhouses. Its bright-red follies, giant science museum and canal-side lawns make it the cultural playground of the 19th arrondissement.
