Formed from a group founded in 1985 and legally incorporated in 1987, the Napier Art Deco Trust protects and celebrates the city's 1930s architecture. From its Art Deco Centre it runs guided walks, vintage cars and the famous February festival that draws thousands to the rebuilt streets.
