One of Germany's most influential drama theatres performs inside a rare Art Nouveau house on Maximilianstrasse. The curving 1901 auditorium, designed by Richard Riemerschmid and Max Littmann, survives almost intact, framing a stage that premiered early works by Brecht and Wedekind.
