# Fish Fountain

Munich, Germany

A bronze fountain on Marienplatz, rebuilt in 1954 by Josef Henselmann using surviving figures from a nineteenth-century fountain by Konrad Knoll. It recalls the medieval fish market here and remains one of Munich's favorite meeting points.
