Angel of Peace
A gilded angel atop a tall Corinthian column, rising from a terrace above the Isar in Bogenhausen. Unveiled in 1899, the monument marks 25 years of peace following the Franco-Prussian War, with a mosaic-lined temple and fountains at its base.
