# Dar Adiyel

Meknes, Morocco

A grand merchant's house of the late 17th or early 18th century, named for Abd al-Khaliq Adiyil, an official under Moulay Ismail. Its courtyard, fountain, carved stucco, and zellij later sheltered a conservatory of Andalusian music.
