# Chueca

Madrid, Spain

A central Madrid neighbourhood and the heart of Spain's LGBT community since the 1990s. Once run-down, it was revitalised into a fashionable district of bars, boutiques and the San Antón market, and is the focus of the city's huge Pride celebrations.
