Church of San Agustín

Founded in the 1570s by Augustinian friars, this Lima church is famed for its deeply carved churrigueresque stone facade, completed around 1710. Inside waits the haunting wooden sculpture of Death, a skeleton archer attributed to Baltasar Gavilán.
