# Shtamë Pass Nature Park

Kruja, Albania

This nature park in the Skanderbeg Mountains lies one thousand two hundred and thirty metres above sea level. It was declared a national park in nineteen ninety-six and reclassified as a nature park in twenty twenty-two, covering six thousand eight hundred and sixty-four hectares. Its beech forests shelter bears, wolves and eagles. The Queen Mother's Spring, associated with the Qafshtama brand name, also flows within the park.
