Mitaki-dera

Mitaki-dera is a forested Buddhist temple founded in 809 on the slopes of Mount Mitaki, named for the three waterfalls on its grounds. Famous for blazing autumn maples, it shelters a relocated two-story pagoda and offers water each year to the atomic bomb victims.
