Ziegelhausen
A riverside district on the northern bank of the Neckar at Heidelberg's eastern edge, climbing into the Odenwald forest. Named for an old brickworks, it once thrived on the Neckar Valley laundry trade and hosted the composer Johannes Brahms in summer.
