# Patrick Henry Village

Heidelberg, Germany

A former United States Army housing area southwest of Heidelberg, opened in 1947 and home to some sixteen thousand Americans at its peak. Closed in 2013, it now serves as a refugee reception centre and is planned as a future Heidelberg district.
