Heidelberg, Germany
Bismarckplatz

Renamed Bismarckplatz on 3 November 1875, this square marks the western end of the Hauptstraße. Built over a filled-in river harbour, it is now Heidelberg's busiest transport hub, where trams and buses converge between the Old Town and Bergheim.
