Abbey of Sacromonte
A hilltop abbey founded in the early 17th century by Archbishop Pedro de Castro, above the caves where relics of Saint Caecilius and the disputed Lead Books were discovered in 1595. It became a major pilgrimage and college site overlooking Granada.
