# Mena House Hotel

Beside the Great Pyramid, the Mena House began in 1869 as a khedival hunting lodge and opened as a hotel in 1886. Its carved interiors, gardens, and pyramid views have drawn royalty and world leaders, including the 1943 Cairo Conference.
