A medieval palace courtyard at the Paço de São Miguel, rooted in Évora's Moorish fortress and once a royal residence. Later home to the Counts of Basto, it blends Gothic, Manueline, Mudéjar and Renaissance elements and now belongs to the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation.
