Gate Walls (ancient port)
Near the shore of the ancient port, where the road Via Egnatia began, a stretch of Roman and Byzantine defensive wall with a tower survives. About sixty-two metres of stone wall along a western line bear fragile witness to a city that time continues to wear away.
