Tūhura Otago Museum
Founded in 1868, Dunedin's great natural history museum holds Māori and Pacific treasures, the world's largest moa collection, and a tropical butterfly forest. Renamed Tūhura in 2022, it spans buildings from 1877 through a modern glass atrium near the university.
