Dunedin Town Hall

The Dunedin Town Hall began with Robert Lawson's Neo-Renaissance Municipal Chambers, opened in 1880 with a 47-metre tower. A grand auditorium added by 1930 once seated the largest audience in New Zealand and houses a vast pipe organ of around 3,500 pipes.
