Stadium of Delphi
The best-preserved ancient stadium in Greece, set at the highest point of Delphi above the theatre and temple. Around 178 metres long, it hosted the athletic contests of the Pythian Games and held roughly 6,500 spectators, with starting grooves still cut into its stone sill.
