San Jerónimo Cemetery

Córdoba's first public cemetery, inaugurated in 1843 after a smallpox epidemic. Laid out like a small city around a central plaza, it holds elaborate mausoleums, sculpture, and ironwork from the early twentieth century, and the graves of many notable Cordobans.
