# Santa Clara Neighbourhood

Coimbra, Portugal

The neighbourhood on the Mondego's left bank, facing the old town across the river. Once a riverside parish of convents, it gathers Santa Clara-a-Velha, Santa Clara-a-Nova, Quinta das Lágrimas and Portugal dos Pequenitos beneath its wooded slopes.
