Church of Notre-Dame de Lourdes

Church of Notre-Dame de Lourdes, Casablanca

A modernist concrete church of the mid-1950s, designed by Achille Dangleterre with engineer Gaston Zimmer. Its plain exterior hides vast walls of stained glass by Gabriel Loire, one of the largest such programs in Morocco, flooding the nave with colour.
