Palacio Barolo

An eclectic 100-meter tower on Avenida de Mayo, built between 1919 and 1923 by Italian architect Mario Palanti. Its structure is themed on Dante's Divine Comedy, rising from a hellish base through purgatory to a paradise crowned by a working lighthouse.
