# Cabildo of Buenos Aires

The white-arcaded colonial town hall on Plaza de Mayo, with its first floor completed in 1748 and its tower built in 1773. The only colonial public building left on the square, it was the hub of the 1810 May Revolution and now houses a national history museum.
