Medieval belfry of Bordeaux's old town hall, rebuilt in the fifteenth century over a thirteenth-century gate on the pilgrim road to Santiago. Its twin round towers hold Armande-Louise, a bell of 7,800 kilograms that still rings on great civic occasions.
