Wang Luang (Grand Palace Ruins), Ayutthaya

The Wang Luang was Ayutthaya's royal palace, first built under King Ramathibodi I and later moved north by King Borommatrailokanat. Burned by the Burmese in 1767, only brick foundations and ruined throne-hall platforms survive beside Wat Phra Si Sanphet.
