Bang Pa-In Royal Palace
First founded by King Prasat Thong in 1632, this riverside summer palace was largely rebuilt under King Chulalongkorn from 1872. Its lakeside gardens mingle Thai, Chinese, and European pavilions, from a Thai lake pavilion to a Chinese mansion and a Gothic-style chapel.
