# Kiosk of Qertassi

Aswan, Egypt

A small Roman-era kiosk in brown sandstone, honouring Hathor and Isis. Its surviving columns include two crowned with Hathor heads. Originally built by the Qertassi quarries, it was relocated to New Kalabsha in the 1960s Nubia rescue.
