Antwerp City Hall
Built between 1561 and 1565 by Cornelis Floris de Vriendt, this is one of northern Europe's earliest Renaissance civic buildings. Gutted in the 1576 Spanish Fury and quickly rebuilt, its loggia and statuary anchor the Grote Markt.
